Mr. Rea serves as Senior Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer at Silver Hill III.  He most recently served as Vice President of Accounting for Silver Hill I & II, where he directed all accounting and financial reporting functions in connection with the enterprise’s core exploration and production businesses in the Delaware Basin, including the onboarding of multiple assets and joint ventures in addition to the company’s dual-track IPO and sale process.

 

Prior to joining Silver Hill, Mr. Rea served as a Senior Financial Analyst for Encana Corporation and as an auditor with Ernst & Young, LLP, where he served on the Bass Family and Encore Acquisition Company engagements.

Mr. Rea earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree and Master of Accounting degree from Abilene Christian University.
