Mr. Gordeuk serves as Senior Vice President of Drilling & Operations at Silver Hill III. He most recently served as Vice President of Operations & Drilling at Silver Hill I & II, where he built and led a Delaware Basin drilling program that achieved best-in-class results in drilling performance and costs.

Prior to joining Silver Hill in 2012, Mr. Gordeuk managed, implemented, and optimized extended-reach horizontal drilling programs in multiple unconventional reservoirs while at EnCana Corporation and Newfield Exploration.  Prior to his career in the oil and gas industry, Mr. Gordeuk served as an Engineer Officer in the United States Army, and ultimately obtained the rank of Captain.

Mr. Gordeuk received a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering Management from the United States Military Academy at West Point and a Master of Business Administration degree from Southern Methodist University.
