Mr. Juroska served as VP – Reservoir Engineering at Silver Hill I & II where his responsibilities included asset evaluation, capital planning, analysis of competitor data, project development and working with third party auditors in determining reserves. Mr. Juroska’s efforts surrounding the strategic three-rig development of Silver Hill’s assets played a vital role in the ultimate success of the company which led to its sale to RSP Permian in late 2016. Following the closing of the sale, Mr. Juroska continued working the assets for RSP Permian and subsequently Concho Resources after they acquired RSP Permian in 2018.
During his time at Concho, Mr. Juroska served as Reservoir Engineering Manager and was responsible for leading a team of ten engineers and supervisors focused on the company’s four-rig development of the Southern Delaware Basin assets. In addition to overseeing the evaluation of existing reserves and potential projects, Mr. Juroska and his team were directly responsible for determining the best way to optimize development across the company’s multi-zone asset base.
Prior to Silver Hill, Mr. Juroska was VP of Engineering and Business Development with Keystone Petroleum, a private equity backed E&P company, that acquired and sold 30,000 net acres in the Delaware Basin. Before Keystone, Mr. Juroska served as the team lead for Encore Acquisition’s Bakken program that developed 300,000 net acres before Denbury Resources acquired the company in 2010. Prior to his time at Encore, Mr. Juroska worked Permian Basin and Rockies assets in numerous engineering and management roles for Cimarex Energy, Magnum Hunter Resources, XTO Energy and Burlington Resources.
Mr. Juroska earned a B.S. in Petroleum Engineering from Texas A&M University. He is a member of the Society of Petroleum Engineers and the Fort Worth Wildcatters.
